Description

Shape business requirements for health insurance systems and support the delivery of healthcare performance and interface processes. You will act as the central interface between stakeholders and developers and contribute to modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted work such as internal LLM usage and tool-based test case generation. You will drive requirements engineering from elicitation to documentation and final testing.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and design requirements; serve as the central contact between stakeholders and developers

• Support and advance the full requirements engineering process from requirements gathering to final tests

• Contribute to the further development of the chapter and continuously improve the business requirements engineering approach

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Insurance, or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in Requirements Engineering or Business Analysis

• Familiarity with agile methods and working practices

• Knowledge of private and/or statutory health insurance, especially benefits and interface processes

• Interest in technical processes; strong interest in new technologies and good AI knowledge

• Strong communication and moderation skills

• Motivated, structured, and proactive working style

• German at least C1 (written and spoken) and basic English knowledge
