AI Language Testing Specialist (Slovenian)

Description

You will design and execute test scenarios for AI language functions based on product requirements, preparing language datasets and performing manual and exploratory testing in different languages, registers, and contexts (with primary language Slovenian). You will verify linguistic correctness, style, tone, and consistency, document and reproduce bugs, and collaborate with computational linguists and AI engineers to prioritize and fix issues. You will also create and update test guidelines, analyze and optimize testing processes (including automation), and support on-device testing setups.

Responsibilities

• Design test scenarios for AI language functions (text, speech, dialogue)
• Prepare language datasets for manual and automated testing
• Conduct manual and exploratory testing of AI language systems
• Verify linguistic correctness, style, tone, and message consistency
• Record bugs with reproduction steps and expected behavior
• Collaborate with computational linguists and AI engineers on quality criteria and bug prioritization
• Prepare test result reports (bugs statistics, most common problems, recommendations)
• Co-create and update test guidelines
• Propose new solutions for AI language testing
• Analyze and optimize language testing processes, including test process automation
• Prepare equipment for on-device testing

Requirements

• C1 proficiency in Slovenian
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (technical university, linguistics, or relevant degree)
• English proficiency for professional communication
• Great communication skills
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, IT science, electronics, telecommunications, etc.
• Ability to make decisions and work independently
• High analytical skills
• Diligence, quality-focus, and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
