Description

Join language understanding projects supporting next-generation AI/NLP solutions. You will process and augment Slovenian language resources (localization, translation, annotation, corpus collection), verify and analyze text language resources, and develop linguistic resources based on project needs. You will also provide linguistic expertise for on-device testing and collaborate on language-specific development with NLP and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform language resource processing (text localization, translation, annotation, corpus collection, etc.)
• Participate in verification and analysis of text language resources
• Develop new linguistic resources and other linguistic tasks based on project needs
• Augment language corpora with domain-specific text data
• Support on-device testing of language resources
• Provide linguistic expertise and linguistic support across projects
• Collaborate with NLP experts, engineers, and third parties on language-specific developments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in linguistics, philology, or a related field
• Excellent command of Slovenian (C1–C2)
• Fluency in English
• Previous experience in linguistics, translation, content creation, proofreading, computational linguistics, or similar
• Efficiency and accuracy in creating linguistic data
• Analytical mind and problem-solving abilities
• Highly motivated to learn and develop
• Eager to learn and use new technologies
