• Role: Senior Specialist in IT Business Continuity Management

Description

Coordinate IT business continuity management, including developing, updating, and testing IT recovery plans for systems and IT services. Plan and conduct continuity and disaster recovery tests, analyze results, monitor corrective actions after incidents/audits/tests, and prepare reports on continuity, IT risks, nonconformities, and control effectiveness. Represent the IT continuity area during internal and external audits, ensure post-audit recommendations are implemented, and keep operational procedures, standards, and documentation current and compliant with business, regulatory, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant higher education (IT, cybersecurity, operational risk management, business continuity management or related)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT business continuity management, IT risk management, information security, or IT service management
• Experience creating, updating, and testing BCP and DRP plans
• Experience planning, organizing, and documenting continuity and recovery tests
• Experience collaborating with internal and external audit and implementing post-audit recommendations
• Ability to perform IT risk analyses and BIA (business impact analysis)
• Ability to prepare reports, analyses, procedures, policies, and operational documentation
• Knowledge of processes for incident, nonconformity, and operational/technology risk management
• Ability to analyze dependencies between business processes, IT applications, and IT infrastructure
• Very good communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
• Independence and ability to make decisions within assigned competence
• Ability to work under time pressure and respond quickly
