Description

As a Business Continuity Management Expert, you will coordinate the Business Continuity Management (BCM) process, including planning, conducting, and documenting Business Impact Analyses (BIA). You will identify crisis scenarios, plan and run scenario-based continuity tests, and maintain internal BCM procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and group standards. The role also covers reporting, issue tracking with corrective/preventive actions, stakeholder training, and participation in audits, controls, and emergency/crisis management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BCM, IT security, crisis management, or operational risk management
• University degree, preferably in a STEM/IT/security/risk management field
• Knowledge of security and business continuity standards/regulations: ISO 22301 and ISO 27001
• Knowledge of DORA and PCI DSS
• Understanding of the financial services industry
• Very good Polish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk assessment and mitigation
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and structured approach to procedures and documentation
• Ability to coordinate complex processes and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and ensure timely follow-up on actions
