Description

You will actively build and evolve new modules for an insurance document management platform with mentor support. The job focuses on high code quality and testing (including the use of AI tools) while working within standard Git workflows. You will also deepen your understanding of the insurance domain and continuously expand your programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement new modules and features
• Maintain top code quality and perform testing (also with AI tools)
• Work with Git (branching, merges, Pull Requests)
• Resolve ongoing technical problems and fix smaller bugs independently after onboarding
• Learn the insurance industry specifics and keep growing as a developer

Requirements

• 1–2 years of commercial software development experience
• Practical knowledge of C#
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft .NET platform
• Comfortable working with Visual Studio or VS Code
• Openness to teamwork in Scrum/Agile and strong communication skills
• Curiosity and willingness to apply AI tools responsibly in daily work
• IT education (university/bootcamp) is a plus; real skills are most important
