Description

You will join a team creating an enterprise AI Assistant platform from scratch using .NET, LLM models, and Microsoft AI solutions. The assistant will enable contextual conversations, analyze documents, search organizational knowledge, and execute predefined business scenarios within a specific context of client data and documents. As the project is early-stage, you will have a meaningful impact on architecture, technical decisions, and the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Develop the AI Assistant platform backend using .NET

• Design mechanisms for contextual communication with LLM models

• Build RAG solutions based on client documents and knowledge

• Integrate the platform with document repositories and other data sources

• Develop scenario-based logic that implements business rules and processes

• Design AI agents and AI workflows

• Select appropriate AI models for specific use cases

• Filter and validate user queries

• Optimize token usage and model costs

• Ensure quality of responses generated by language models

• Participate in architectural and technical decision-making

• Collaborate with business analysts to translate business scenarios into technical solutions

Requirements

• Commercial experience building solutions in .NET with C#

• Experience designing and developing scalable backend systems

• Knowledge of application architecture and software engineering best practices

• Experience integrating systems and multiple data sources

• Practical experience using LLM models

• Knowledge of GenAI tools such as Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI API, or equivalent

• Knowledge of RAG mechanisms and methods to provide models with knowledge from documents and other data sources

• Knowledge of building and managing AI model context

• Ability to filter and validate prompts and model-generated answers

• Independence and willingness to experiment with new technologies

• Ability to work effectively in a rapidly evolving product
