Description

You will design the architecture and implement key modules for innovative document management systems in the insurance sector, collaborating with an architecture team and other stakeholders. The work includes supporting modern AI assistant usage (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) in a safe and responsible way. You will own delivery quality, performance, scalability, and security.

Responsibilities

• Independently design architecture and implement core system modules

• Analyze and solve highly complex technical problems (multithreading, query optimization, data synchronization)

• Promote best practices for using AI assistants in day-to-day development safely

• Ensure quality, performance, scalability, and security of delivered software

• Work with business stakeholders to deliver optimal technological solutions for insurance

• Shape technical culture in a new team by defining standards and supporting advanced issues (3rd line support)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience building complex software

• Expert-level .NET and C# knowledge; strong experience with Visual Studio

• Advanced relational database experience (SQL Server / Azure SQL / MySQL)

• Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID, dependency injection (DI), and scalable REST service design

• Experience with React or Angular

• Practical cloud experience (Azure, PaaS), containerization, and distributed systems

• Ability to implement AI tools securely in a regulated environment

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
