Description

Join the team building a FinTech platform that automatically optimizes investment resource allocation for B2B clients. The system aggregates and allocates capital across global financial markets to stabilize risk and generate additional profitable revenue streams. You will develop and maintain this continuously evolving in-house product using a microservices architecture on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop and maintain an innovative FinTech product

• Design and implement a microservices-based architecture in AWS cloud

• Create scalable, testable, clean code

• Translate business requirements into technical tasks through close collaboration

• Take ownership of delivered work and maintain high technical standards and solution quality

Requirements

• Fluent Polish and English (minimum B2)

• Approximately 5–6 years of commercial development experience

• Strong Kotlin experience (minimum 1 year commercial) and Spring Boot

• Practical experience building microservices applications using AWS

• Understanding of software development processes (Scrum/Agile) and a product approach

• Nice to have: CI/CD, Docker, MongoDB and SQL databases, Terraform (IaC)
