Join a team building a modern finance solution for company expense management. The product integrates payment cards, expense management, and invoice handling into partner systems (e.g., banks, accounting platforms, and HR solutions) to automate settlements and provide real-time control of spending.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to design, build, and maintain scalable microservices primarily using Kotlin

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Platform, Services, SMB, and other domains

• Analyze system performance and implement optimizations for high reliability and scalability

• Participate in code reviews, post-mortems, and mentor other engineers

• Improve architecture and solution quality; lead the team through technical challenges and migrations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience

• Expert server-side development skills, especially Kotlin; experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes)

• Proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL

• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Testcontainers)

• Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana

• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset for mentoring and upskilling teammates

• English proficiency (min. B2)

• Must reside in Poland
