• Work model: Rotational schedule (4 weeks onsite in Qatar, 1 week remote from Poland; cycle repeats)

Description

Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and executive reports using Power BI. Build custom low-code business applications and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate while collaborating with business stakeholders to turn requirements into robust technical architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards, executive reports, and data visualizations in Power BI

• Build custom low-code business applications and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate

• Gather requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into technical architectures

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to ensure smooth communication and delivery alignment throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem

• Practical expertise across Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate

• Commitment to a rotational schedule: 4 weeks onsite in Qatar, then 1 week remote from Poland (repeating throughout the engagement)

• Strong analytical mindset and excellent interpersonal/stakeholder management capabilities

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
