• Rate: Up to 110 PLN net + VAT per hour (B2B)

Description

Support the team in building and developing Business Intelligence solutions that deliver key insights for business decision-making. You will create and maintain qualitative and quantitative reports and interactive dashboards in Microsoft Power BI, design data models, and create effective visualizations. You will also take part in data warehouse and ETL systems optimization and work with business users to implement analytical tools that improve daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain qualitative and quantitative reports and interactive dashboards in Microsoft Power BI

• Design data models and prepare efficient visualizations supporting business processes

• Participate in projects to develop and optimize data warehouse systems and ETL processes

• Develop and implement tools that improve the day-to-day work of individual company departments

• Administer and develop internal systems supporting the organization’s operations

• Collaborate with business users to identify needs and propose appropriate analytics solutions

• Coordinate with other company teams on data analysis and processing projects

Requirements

• Advanced analytical and organizational skills

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, SSAS, and DAX

• Very good knowledge of T-SQL and practical knowledge of SSIS

• Knowledge of SQL databases and experience with relational databases

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access

• English knowledge enabling work with technical documentation and collaboration with international teams

• Accuracy, systematic approach, and attention to detail

• Ability to independently organize work and plan tasks effectively

• Communication skills, ability to work in a team, and resilience under time pressure
