Lead the day-to-day work of a Data Engineering team by translating client requirements into technical solutions, estimates, and delivery plans.

Drive solution design collaboration, review implementations (code, database changes, and approaches), coordinate priorities/dependencies, and resolve technical challenges to maintain high-quality engineering standards across the team.
