The Senior Technical Business Analyst bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, turning requirements into actionable solutions. You will gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements, collaborate on scalable system design, and support QA by defining acceptance criteria and reviewing deliverables. Workshops and implementation monitoring help ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

• Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements

• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and product owners on scalable, future-proof systems

• Define acceptance criteria and review deliverables to support testing and quality assurance

• Drive workshops and stakeholder meetings to align priorities and clarify technical feasibility

• Monitor implementation progress and ensure solutions meet business objectives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in requirements engineering and business process modeling

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and system integration concepts

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Familiarity with APIs and modern SaaS web applications

• Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Business fluency in English (German is a plus)
