• Role: Data Engineer (hybrid)

• On-site: 2 days per week in Wrocław

Description

You will support and optimize ETL processes, ensuring the stability and scalability of data processing environments. The role combines user-facing technical support (AutoETL/CVMS systems) with triage, root-cause analysis, and implementing validated fixes. You will also monitor process performance and continuity using SQL and Power BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for AutoETL/CVMS users, analyze queries, and resolve reported issues

• Perform triage and root-cause analysis; implement fixes, validate them, and update documentation

• Monitor performance and continuity via Power BI/SQL dashboards; detect anomalies and take preventive actions

• Create and implement improvements to increase reliability, performance, and maintainability of ETL processes

Requirements

• Advanced fluency in SQL, including optimization of complex queries

• Practical experience building and troubleshooting ETL processes; SSIS preferred (or expert knowledge in related ETL tools)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on root-cause analysis and preventive fixes

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with users and explain complex technical topics

• English proficiency at least C1 for daily communication and documentation
