Description

Build and maintain interactive dashboards and data pipelines that analyze large-scale IT infrastructure and asset datasets for internal stakeholders. Use advanced SQL and modern ETL/ELT technologies (PySpark/Databricks/Snowflake) to process massive volumes of data. Partner with customers and engineering teams, and apply GenAI/LLM tools to improve data processing and analytical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI or similar) for infrastructure/asset metrics and operational risk.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain robust ETL/ELT data transformation pipelines.
• Engage with customers and engineering teams to identify requirements and resolve complex data challenges.
• Write complex, optimized SQL queries to validate and extract insights from multi-source large-scale databases.
• Evaluate and leverage frontier AI tools to improve data processing workflows and analytical modeling.
• Support data quality and governance through data mappings, transformations, and schema normalization.

Requirements

• At least 4 years in data analytics with quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Advanced, production-grade SQL for complex querying and analytical operations.
• Robust experience building ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark/Databricks/Snowflake (or equivalent modern cloud stack).
• Hands-on experience with massive enterprise IT infrastructure and asset datasets.
• Dashboarding experience using Power BI (or Tableau/Qlik).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to lead data-focused discussions independently.
• Practical experience using GenAI tools and LLM framework integrations.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
