Description

You will help build the infrastructure and data models needed to manage large volumes of data and support a data-driven culture. The role focuses on translating business needs into well-structured data models and partnering with stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions. You’ll also own and improve data pipelines, including monitoring performance and resolving data quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement optimized data models supporting business requirements and ensuring data integrity
• Integrate data from databases, APIs, streaming platforms, and files
• Monitor performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of data pipelines and storage systems
• Troubleshoot data issues, resolve data quality problems, and reduce technical debt
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable data solutions

Requirements

• Very strong SQL skills to write and optimize complex queries
• Experience in data modeling
• Ability to write clean, functional Python code for Airflow orchestration and data processing
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, ideally GCP
• Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and proposing appropriate solutions
• Motivation to grow in areas such as ETL and data governance
• Fluent Polish and good command of English
• Working from the Warsaw office 3 days per week
