Description

Build and optimize data pipelines, ETL jobs, and data models to deliver clean, reliable datasets for analysis and dashboards. Work with product teams to design, implement, and automate data workflows that enable data-driven decision-making. Apply best practices for data architecture, performance, and maintenance, including building dashboards for visualization and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines

• Create and schedule jobs to produce clean, reliable, well-structured data tables

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product owners to optimize data for reporting and visualization

• Recommend best practices for data architecture, performance, and maintenance

• Design and build dashboards for data visualization and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience in data engineering or related roles

• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Snowflake

• Proven experience with SQL

• Hands-on experience with Python

• Strong understanding of ETL processes and automation

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive improvements in complex environments

• Experience working with visualization tools like Power BI and ADX

• Experience working with nested data formats such as JSON (plus)

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
