Description

Lead and develop a local team of firmware and hardware engineers, planning work and delivering new products on time. Actively contribute to the design, development, and troubleshooting of technical issues. Oversee integration, testing, and the handoff of products to production while collaborating with global product, quality, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the team; plan work and implement new products on schedule

• Participate actively in technical design, development, and problem resolution

• Supervise integration, testing, and product transition to production

• Work with global teams and partner with product, quality, and compliance functions

Requirements

• Higher education in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field

• Several years of experience programming C/C++ for embedded systems

• Experience managing people and processes

• Very good English

• Experience working with distributed, international teams
