Description

Lead the evolution and governance of a scalable, future-ready SAP digital commerce architecture across multiple global markets. Own solution design for SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) with SmartEdit and composable storefront capabilities, while improving performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Support new market rollouts and implement integrations across the SAP ecosystem, including customer data, marketing automation, and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to enhance and scale the digital commerce ecosystem

• Define, evolve, and govern platform architecture for multiple global markets

• Develop, optimize, and maintain solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud, SmartEdit, and composable storefront technologies

• Drive performance, scalability, reliability, and security improvements

• Enable efficient platform deployment and localization for new market rollouts

• Lead and support integration initiatives across SAP SMC, SAP CDC, SAP CDP, and SAP C4C

• Design and implement integrations for customer data management, marketing automation, and BI processes

• Enhance existing functionality while maintaining compatibility with future requirements

• Identify and remediate technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges

• Support business-critical operations and ensure stability and availability of customer-facing solutions

• Provide technical guidance for future modernization and expansion

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience scaling enterprise-grade digital commerce platforms in complex, multi-market environments

• Strong expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and related commerce platform components

• Hands-on experience with SmartEdit and composable storefront architectures

• Solid understanding of SAP ecosystem products: SAP SMC, SAP CDC, SAP CDP, SAP C4C

• Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise system integrations and API-based architectures

• Ability to define and maintain scalable, high-performance, and secure application architectures

• Experience supporting global platform rollouts and international market expansion

• Strong knowledge of customer data management, personalization, and marketing technology ecosystems

• Ability to combine strategic architectural thinking with hands-on delivery

• Experience in cross-functional, international, agile delivery environments

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
