Description

Senior Business Systems Analyst for a project in the public healthcare sector focused on developing electronic medical record (EDM) processing systems. The work centers on HL7 CDA (PIK HL7 CDA) and on requirements, document structures, validation rules, and system integrations that support digital healthcare services nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, specify, and document business and system requirements for EDM solutions.

• Analyze and design medical document structures in HL7 CDA (PIK HL7 CDA), including templates, validation rules, and vocabularies.

• Specify integrations between medical systems and the central platform (APIs, services, message exchange).

• Model processes with BPMN 2.0 and system models with UML.

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and translate their needs into IT requirements.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers across the full delivery lifecycle, explaining requirements and participating in acceptance.

• Manage requirement changes and ensure consistency of analytical documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a business or systems analyst in IT projects.

• Practical knowledge of HL7 CDA, preferably in the context of PIK HL7 CDA.

• Experience with analysis of system integrations (REST/SOAP, XML, XSD, JSON).

• Very good knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML.

• Experience working with Enterprise Architect, Jira, and Confluence.

• Ability to run workshops and work with multiple stakeholders.

• Fluent Polish and English sufficient to work with documentation.
