Description

You will support business and system analysis in the insurance data area, within a program focused on claims and benefits. The role includes collecting and analyzing business and data requirements, mapping business processes with users, and preparing project and analytical documentation, including test scenarios. You will also work with developers during solution design and participate in testing and implementations for analytics, data, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and data requirements for the Olimp program (claims and benefits)

• Collaborate with business users to map processes and define their needs

• Prepare analyses, specifications, and project documentation

• Support development teams during solution design

• Participate in tests (including creating test scenarios) and in rollouts of analytical, data, and reporting solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business or systems analysis with a focus on data, DWH, or BI

• Very good SQL skills

• Ability to work with large data volumes and model business processes analytically

• Practical experience in creating analytical documentation, requirement specifications, and test scenarios

• Effective collaboration with business users
