Description

You will analyze and map insurance products between systems in close collaboration with the business, gathering requirements and defining data mapping rules. You’ll validate data structures and accuracy using SQL queries and work with development and testing teams throughout implementation changes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map insurance products between systems with the business

• Gather business requirements and agree on data mapping rules

• Analyze data structures and verify data accuracy using SQL

• Partner with development and testing teams at every stage of implementing changes

Requirements

• Experience in the insurance industry and strong understanding of insurance products

• Group/employee insurance knowledge (preferred)

• Hands-on SQL skills (independent query writing and data analysis)

• Experience with migration or implementation projects

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with business stakeholders

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
