Description

Join an international Tax Technology and Systems Transformation project. You will support the migration by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements, translating them into functional and technical requirements, and assessing integrations and dependencies. You’ll participate in solution design, testing, and implementation while coordinating communication between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements

  • Work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external solution providers

  • Analyze existing systems, processes, and application dependencies

  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements

  • Support the migration from OneSource Legacy to NextGen OneSource

  • Analyze and document integrations between applications

  • Identify system dependencies, risks, and potential migration issues

  • Participate in solution design, testing, and implementation

  • Support communication between business and technical teams

  • Contribute to a successful platform transition

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst

  • Proven experience in system migration, transformation, or enterprise implementation projects

  • Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis

  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical requirements

  • Good understanding of system integrations and dependencies

  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Experience working in international, cross-functional environments
