Description

Provide operational and functional support to the Finance department using OneStream to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely resolution of issues. Support monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc data uploads, handle currency adjustments, guide users on workflows and best practices, and ensure validation, controls, and data accuracy. Maintain documentation of issues and process improvements while collaborating with Finance, FP&A, and IT stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support to Finance users in OneStream

• Support monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc OneStream data uploads

• Manage and troubleshoot currency changes

• Resolve functional issues that cannot be handled internally

• Assist users with navigation, workflows, and best-practice usage

• Ensure validation, controls, data accuracy, and compliance

• Maintain documentation of issues and process improvements

• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and IT stakeholders across regions

Requirements (Must Haves)

• 3+ years of functional OneStream experience

• Strong understanding of finance processes, consolidation, reporting, and data structures

• Experience supporting global finance teams

• Ability to troubleshoot functional issues independently

• Strong communication skills in English

• Experience working remotely with international stakeholders

• India-based consultant preferred
