Description

You will support the development and optimization of business processes in an Oracle ERP environment as a Functional Consultant for Oracle E-Business Suite. The role includes Oracle EBS configuration and enhancement (Financials, Procurement, Order Management), L2/L3 functional support, functional documentation, testing (including regression and UAT), and user training. You will also support integrations and assist with data migration and data loading.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Oracle EBS in Financials, Procurement, and Order Management

• Implement configuration changes, including flexfields, value sets, workflows, approvals, and inter-module settings

• Analyze and resolve functional issues as part of L2/L3 support

• Prepare functional documentation and project materials (MD50, BR100)

• Create test scenarios and perform regression testing for updates, fixes, and new features

• Support system integrations using API, OAF, OIC, XML, and non-standard interfaces

• Support migration and data loading processes, reconciliations/validation, and master data management

• Work with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and optimize processes

• Support UAT, prepare process documentation, and run user training

Requirements

• ASAP availability

• Minimum 6 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite

• Practical knowledge of at least one: Oracle Financials, SCM, or HR

• Experience with Oracle EBS functional configuration and troubleshooting/issue resolution

• Understanding of finance/procurement/operational management business processes

• Experience creating functional documentation and test scenarios

• Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems independently

• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, finance, accounting, business, or a related field
