Project: International effort to develop and evolve a Microsoft .NET analytics platform for Training Administration workflows

Description

Work on a platform that combines .NET application development with Business Intelligence to enable data analysis and reporting. You will design architecture and data models, implement ETL and BI integrations, and create Power BI reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications
• Develop and modernize components of the analytics platform supporting Training Administration processes
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• Design application architecture and data models
• Develop and optimize Business Intelligence solutions and data integrations
• Implement and evolve ETL processes
• Create and develop Power BI-based reports and analytics solutions
• Design and develop the data layer, business logic, and application interfaces
• Ensure quality, performance, and security of delivered solutions
• Prepare technical documentation
• Estimate effort and participate in team planning
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, testers, and the rest of the project team
• Participate in testing, deployments, and change management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial .NET development
• Minimum 3 years of Microsoft Power BI experience
• Experience delivering at least 2 Business Intelligence projects
• Very strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET
• Very strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with relational databases
• Data modeling knowledge
• ETL process experience
• Knowledge of OLAP and Business Intelligence solutions
• Experience designing applications with UML
• Knowledge of the full software lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile
• Higher education in IT or a related field
• At least one software development certificate (or an internationally recognized equivalent)
• English certificate at least B2
