Description

You will develop and evolve a Microsoft .NET-based analytics platform integrated with Business Intelligence capabilities for data analysis and reporting.

The work includes modernizing analytics components for training administration processes, translating business requirements into technical solutions, designing application/data architecture, implementing ETL, and building Power BI reports. You will also ensure quality, performance, and security, and prepare technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications

• Modernize analytics platform components supporting Training Administration processes

• Analyze business requirements and map them to technical solutions

• Design application architecture and data models

• Develop and optimize Business Intelligence solutions and data integrations

• Implement and evolve ETL processes

• Create and develop reports and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI

• Design and develop the data layer, business logic, and application interfaces

• Ensure quality, performance, and security of delivered solutions

• Prepare technical documentation

• Estimate effort for tasks and support team planning

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, testers, and other team members

• Participate in testing, releases, and change management processes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years commercial experience in .NET development

• Minimum 3 years experience with Microsoft Power BI

• Experience delivering at least 2 Business Intelligence projects

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server

• Experience working with relational databases

• Data modeling experience

• ETL experience

• Knowledge of OLAP and Business Intelligence solutions

• UML experience for application design

• Understanding of SDLC

• Experience with Scrum/Agile

• Higher education in IT or related field

• At least one software development certificate (or equivalent internationally recognized)

• English certificate at least B2
