Description

Design, develop, and optimize Power BI reporting and data models for finance, controlling, and management analytics.

Build data transformation and integration processes from ERP and other sources, create advanced DAX measures and business logic, and administer Power BI Service (access and security), while translating business needs into analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI reporting solutions

• Create, develop, and optimize data models supporting financial and management reporting

• Build transformation, preparation, and integration processes for data from multiple sources

• Create advanced measures, calculations, and business logic using DAX

• Prepare reports and dashboards for finance, controlling, and management stakeholders

• Integrate data from ERP systems and other organizational data sources

• Configure and administer Power BI Service, including user access and data security

• Implement and monitor automated data refresh processes

• Analyze and optimize performance of data models and reports

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and roll out new solutions

• Create technical documentation and support the reporting environment after go-live

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience delivering Power BI projects

• Ability to independently lead the technical implementation area

• Data modeling skills; strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query

• Practical database experience and strong SQL skills

• Experience integrating data from ERP or other key business systems

• Experience in financial reporting, controlling, or management data analytics projects

• Understanding of income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting, cost analysis, and cost centers (MPK)

• Experience configuring Power BI Service, including managing user access and automated data refresh

• Ability to translate business needs into analytical and technical solutions

• Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders

• Fluency in Polish and English
