Description

Join the Bidding Platform team to turn high-volume auction and ad performance data into actionable business insights. You will build dashboards and reports, and use SQL/BigQuery plus Python (pandas) to analyze and automate data workflows. You’ll collaborate across departments on data-driven projects for real-time bidding operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business analyses and derive actionable conclusions from data
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholders
• Use SQL and BigQuery to extract, transform, and analyze data
• Apply Python (pandas) in Colab for deeper analysis and automation
• Collaborate with other departments on data-driven projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics
• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Solid understanding of statistics fundamentals
• Practical SQL knowledge and relational database experience (BigQuery preferred)
• Basic Python skills with pandas
• Strong data visualization skills and experience with at least one BI tool (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
• Practical experience building data models and exploring data
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Fluency in Polish and English
