Description

You’ll support Salesforce CRM projects by analyzing and redesigning business processes to improve efficiency, and by configuring, maintaining, and customizing Salesforce platform features. You’ll also assist with script preparation and testing and document your methodologies. You’ll collaborate with analysts and developers in an agile environment.

Requirements

• Proficient in IT project fulfillment methods and business process modeling
• Solid understanding of IT solutions that support business needs
• Master’s degree or current enrollment in a Technical University or Business School
• Enthusiastic about new technologies and diverse experiences
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
• Fluent English with outstanding communication abilities
• Development skills are a plus
