Description

Join an international client project where you build both backend and frontend features and work daily with Claude Code for coding, tests, and code reviews. You’ll help shape the team’s AI workflow (configurations, commands, agents) and influence technology choices for the project. Work is split mainly between new features, bug fixes/maintenance, and team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend and frontend for an international client project

• Use Claude Code daily for task breakdown, coding, testing, and code review

• Co-create the team’s AI workflow (configurations, commands, agents)

• Contribute to task delivery: ~70% new functionality, ~20% bugs and maintenance, ~10% meetings

• Help drive technology selection and project direction

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience

• Experience with both backend and frontend development

• Hands-on experience with Claude Code/Codex and the ability to critically review AI-written code

• Experience with MCP, sub-agents, writing custom skills, and CLAUDE.md

• Communicative teamwork attitude and openness

• Communicative English

• Hybrid availability if based near Warsaw (~3 office days/week) or remote if outside Warsaw
