Description

Build and ship new product features for a white-label offering using Claude Code, while converting demo code into maintainable code with tests, structure, and order. Collaborate with business teams to turn their needs into specifications so the agent can deliver the right outcome on the first attempt. Evaluate AI solutions by measuring answer quality, comparing variants, and identifying what works and what doesn’t.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new product features using Claude Code

• Convert demo code into maintainable software (tests, structure, cleanliness)

• Translate business needs into implementable specifications for agents

• Evaluate AI/agent solutions using quality measurements and comparisons

• Develop an agent platform that routes work from Jira issue to merge request

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a large organization

• Strong IT knowledge: REST APIs, queue/message systems, Kubernetes; ability to select relational vs non-relational databases based on the problem

• Daily practical work with AI agents in the software development lifecycle

• Experience completing projects with AI agents that you can present

• Critical assessment skills for agent outputs (wrong answers, oversimplifications, incorrect tests)

• Ability to determine when coding is more effective than further prompt refinement

• Business collaboration skills: process analysis before implementation and clear communication of technical topics

• Ability to assess AI solution quality: create test sets and define metrics

• Proactive communication and continuous blocker reporting
