Description

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer who enjoys solving real business problems for customers. You’ll work with users, PMs, and colleagues to decide what to build, deliver solutions, and verify impact. Most code is AI-generated, so you will guide, review, and own it in production.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and teams to understand how the product is used and where challenges are

• Help decide what to build and deliver end-to-end functionality via small, safe, frequent changes

• Review, refine, and guide AI-generated code and take ownership of what ships

• Ensure production readiness, including tests, observability, performance, security, and CI/CD

• Use evidence to validate outcomes and prioritize by impact rather than feature volume

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript

• Experience with Nest.js, Next.js, React Native, Postgres/Neon, and AWS (or equivalents)

• Strong understanding of CI/CD, testing strategies, performance, security, observability, and production readiness

• Experience delivering end-to-end functionality through small, safe, frequent changes

• Comfortable with AI-assisted development (Claude Code) and evaluating/refining AI-generated code

• Business and product mindset; ability to work closely with users and operational teams

• Adaptability, seeking feedback, and improving engineering practices from delivery lessons

• Fluent English and ability to commute to the Warsaw office
