Description

Join as an SAP Java Team Lead delivering innovative, cloud-driven SAP solutions for global clients. You will design and develop scalable solutions using SAP and cloud technologies, convert business requirements into technical designs, and support implementation through to delivery. Collaboration, Agile/DevOps practices, and client-focused technical guidance are central to the role.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable solutions using SAP and cloud technologies
• Contribute to end-to-end SAP implementation including integrations and extensions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client needs
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and actionable development tasks
• Ensure software best practices (performance, security, maintainability)
• Support continuous improvement using Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Provide technical guidance to clients and build strong relationships
• Participate in knowledge sharing and team technical growth

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an SAP expert with strong knowledge of BTP, ABAP, Fiori, HANA, Integration, OData, SAPUI5, ERP, Java, and S/4HANA
• Solid understanding of modern cloud-native solutions within and beyond the SAP ecosystem
• Expertise in ERP and/or S/4HANA with understanding of end-to-end business processes
• Strong background in Java and Spring Boot for scalable, robust applications
• Familiarity with microservices architectures and event-driven design principles
• Experience working in Agile environments with practical DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, automation)
• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (German is a plus)
