Description

You will join a cloud-based solution project to lead technical discussions and drive development of an MVP. This is a collaborative, client-facing role with daily interaction with stakeholders and occasional travel to Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions for implementation of project designs
• Lead and guide the development team with technical leadership
• Drive technical discussions with internal and client-facing stakeholders
• Collaborate with other development streams and build engineers for seamless delivery
• Identify improvement opportunities across processes, code, and team performance
• Coach, mentor, and monitor team members’ knowledge growth
• Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high code quality and reusability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly Hybris), including workflows, tasks, jobs, process engine, payments, checkout, order fulfillment, search & navigation, and storefront
• Expert knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud Integrations
• Proficiency in J2EE, Java 8, and Spring Framework
• Knowledge of NoSQL
• Familiarity with code standards, code review, and unit testing best practices
• Experience with release strategy, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD)
• Experience with Scrum methodology
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Ability to lead effective group discussions
• Professional business correspondence skills
• Adaptability and continuous learning mindset
