Description

Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for AI/LLM-based document processing solutions. Define use cases and business processes, design AI-driven workflows (semantic search, summarization, information extraction, and document language simplification), and specify quality/business acceptance criteria. Model system requirements, interfaces, and integration flows while aligning scope between business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and refine business requirements for document processing and analysis

• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for AI solutions

• Define use cases and business processes supported by the platform

• Assess how business changes impact platform architecture and functionality

• Develop solution concepts using AI/LLM for extraction, classification, search, and interpretation of document data

• Define requirements for processing unstructured and structured documents

• Design logic for AI functions, including semantic search, summarization, information extraction, and document language simplification

• Create analytical documentation, functional specifications, and use-case descriptions

• Model system requirements, interfaces, and integration flows

• Coordinate the change scope between business and technical stakeholders

• Define quality and business criteria for AI functionality

• Analyze the effectiveness of extraction and document interpretation processes and identify optimization areas

• Collaborate with AI, engineering, UX teams, and business owners to define platform development directions

• Analyze market trends and identify potential AI applications for document processing

• Conduct analytical workshops and collect requirements from business users

• Align requirements and acceptance criteria for new functionalities

• Prepare analytical materials and recommendations supporting business decisions

• Build a shared understanding of requirements between business and technology teams

Requirements

• Technical higher education (preferred: Computer Science, Mathematics, Quantitative Methods, Automation, or related)

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in systems analysis and IT projects, preferably with AI/ML technologies

• Experience designing business processes using CASE tools (UML, BPMN)

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and system design approaches (e.g., microservices architecture, design patterns)

• Data structure modeling experience

• Experience modeling communication between systems

• Experience analyzing existing interfaces and designing new ones

• Practical knowledge of Enterprise Architect / Confluence / Jira

• Understanding of AI model fundamentals: fine-tuning, embeddings, context window, RAG, and LLM limitations
