Description

You will optimize standards to improve organizational performance using data-driven analyses. The role involves developing and implementing sustainable asset-management strategies that balance cost, performance, and risk, while analyzing technical, economic, and regulatory trends to derive strategic actions. You will also support investment prioritization for network development and help drive technical innovation within the asset portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Optimize standards to increase organizational performance through data-based analyses
• Develop and implement sustainable asset-management strategies balancing cost, performance, and risk
• Analyze technical, economic, and regulatory trends to derive strategic measures
• Support prioritization of investments and actions in the context of grid/network development
• Collaborate with internal functional teams to efficiently implement strategic goals
• Design and produce decision-relevant documents supporting executive management
• Promote technical innovations within the asset portfolio to improve efficiency and future readiness

Requirements

• Completed degree in energy economics, business engineering, business administration, or a comparable field
• Solid experience in strategy development, ideally in the energy sector or asset management
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to clearly explain complex relationships
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Independent, structured approach and high motivation to develop innovative solutions
