Description

You will establish, socialize, and execute software rationalization capability across the enterprise. The role focuses on analyzing software install and purchase data, application dependencies, and business application categories to identify rationalization opportunities that drive cost savings and guide prioritized execution.

Responsibilities

• Establish a software rationalization model/approach

• Socialize the model/approach with key stakeholders and gain buy-in

• Analyze software installation, software purchase, software category, and in-house (home grown) application dependencies to identify rationalization opportunities and cost savings

• Prioritize execution based on timing, size of savings opportunity, risk, and level of effort

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in Asset Management including Software Asset Management

• Experience leading projects and driving measurable positive outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field (preferred)

• Minimum 5+ years ServiceNow experience

• Minimum 3+ years ServiceNow SAM Pro experience

• High self-motivation and proactivity

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

• Strong time management and project management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
