Description

Manage the SaaS application and license portfolio in Zylo. Analyze software costs and license utilization, and support application rationalization through rightsizing, consolidation, and retiring unused applications. Ensure renewal timelines and processes are followed while partnering with business stakeholders and system owners on application decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SaaS application and license portfolio in Zylo

• Analyze software costs and license utilization

• Support application rationalization (rightsizing, consolidation, decommissioning)

• Track renewal calendars and contract renewal processes

• Collaborate with business partners and system owners on application-related decisions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Asset Management or SaaS management

• English communication at least B2/C1 for daily work with an international client

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and system owners, including influencing decisions
