Description

Serve as an IT consulting partner for business teams by analyzing requirements and supporting the selection of suitable IT solutions and service providers. Lead requirements-engineering workshops, contribute to target architectures, and manage sub-projects for designing, selecting, and introducing new software solutions. Evaluate the existing IT portfolio, assess new technologies and IT trends, and coordinate with stakeholders including Data Protection, Legal, and IT Security.

Responsibilities

• Consult and support business departments in analyzing their requirements and selecting suitable IT solutions and IT service providers
• Lead requirements-engineering workshops and help design target architectures together with business teams and relevant stakeholders
• Act as sub-project lead for the design, selection, and introduction of new software solutions, including preparing and conducting decision committees
• Analyze the current IT portfolio and identify technical needs and optimization opportunities
• Work as an interface between business departments, IT, and other stakeholders such as Data Protection, Legal, and IT Security
• Monitor new technologies and IT trends; evaluate their application potential for business departments

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business or Natural Sciences, or equivalent qualification
• Relevant experience in IT consulting, Business Relationship Management, Customer Account Management, Requirements Engineering, IT project management, or IT Service Management
• Experience consulting business teams and analyzing/evaluating business or technical requirements
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong analytical mindset, conceptual ability, and solution-oriented approach
• Basic knowledge of regulated environments (e.g., GxP, CSV, GAMP 5)
• Intercultural communication skills
• Fluent German and very good English skills
