Description

Lead development and maintenance of enterprise insurance systems across backend and frontend. Implement new functionality, integrate with a complex existing application ecosystem, and ensure quality through manual testing and requirement reviews in an Agile environment. Support deployments, investigate issues, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and testers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Design, develop, and maintain Java/Angular-based applications

• Prepare specifications, process models, and analytical/technical documentation

• Build and evolve integrations between internal and external systems

• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and testers

• Create test scenarios and test cases; run manual tests

• Verify functional correctness and report defects

• Analyze root causes of problems and support deployment processes

• Ensure high quality of deliverables at every stage of development

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and work in a cross-functional project team
