Description

Build and modernize high-scale backend platforms for critical business operations using Java, Spring Boot, and Azure. You’ll design RESTful APIs, optimize data in PostgreSQL, and build cloud workflows with Azure Functions and Azure Data Factory. You will also improve CI/CD and DevOps practices and support production issue resolution with a focus on quality, security, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Engineer scalable, high-performing backend services with Java and Spring Boot

• Design and expose RESTful APIs and integrate them across business-critical systems

• Model and optimize data in PostgreSQL

• Build cloud workflows using Azure Functions and Azure Data Factory

• Own the delivery pipeline by contributing to CI/CD and DevOps improvements

• Raise the quality bar through clean code, solid testing, and a focus on security and maintainability

• Partner with product, QA, and engineering teams across locations

• Diagnose and resolve production issues, and push for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on commercial experience with Java and Spring Boot

• Solid track record building and integrating REST APIs

• Good working knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database design

• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, especially Azure Functions and Azure Data Factory

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset

• Clear communication skills and collaborative attitude

• Fluent English
