Description

You will develop and maintain Java backend applications, building new functionality and REST API services. The role focuses on Spring/Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, relational databases, and SQL, with unit testing as part of the daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java backend applications
• Create new features and REST API endpoints
• Work with Spring and Spring Boot
• Integrate applications with relational databases
• Work with JPA/Hibernate
• Write and maintain unit tests
• Collaborate with the team on solution design and development

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Java
• Java 8 or newer
• Practical experience with Spring and Spring Boot
• Experience with JPA or ORM (e.g., Hibernate)
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle)
• Practical knowledge of SQL
• Experience creating and integrating REST APIs
• Knowledge of Maven or Gradle
• Knowledge of unit testing libraries (e.g., JUnit, Mockito)
