Description

Support end-to-end marketing campaign development and execution across multiple brands using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP capabilities. Build CDP segmentation and customer journeys in Journey Builder, execute and schedule campaigns in the platform, and help implement and support Interaction Studio for up to three BMS brands. Collaborate with brands and markets to deliver timely campaign support within a 24/7 global campaign team model.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Marketing Cloud and CDP initiatives
• Develop CDP segmentation and build customer journeys using Journey Builder
• Execute and schedule campaigns directly within the platform
• Build and support Interaction Studio implementations for up to 3 BMS brands (scalable on request)
• Work with brands and markets to deliver timely campaign support
• Participate in a 24/7 campaign team support model across geographies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with email and web/online marketing
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (Email Studio, Web Studio, Mobile Studio)
• Proficiency with Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Contact Builder (or similar platform)
• SQL knowledge for marketing data management
• Ability to code in HTML
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
