Description

We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to implement and support marketing campaigns for the US market. The role covers development, customization, integrations, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement, working closely with the SFMC team, client stakeholders, and UX/QA resources. You will also contribute to AI-native SDLC practices using AI tools across development, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with client requirements
• Support integrations between SFMC and existing enterprise platforms to ensure reliable data flows
• Participate in team and client meetings to align on progress, requirements, and technical needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve development issues to maintain stable platform performance
• Create technical documentation (workflows, technical designs, integration points)
• Manage assigned development tasks independently and proactively escalate risks and blockers
• Collaborate with BA, Developers, UX, QA, and external vendor teams across the delivery lifecycle
• Contribute to adoption of AI tools and AI-enabled development practices within the team

Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience developing solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Foundational knowledge of SFMC architecture and basic integration techniques in enterprise environments
• Understanding of compliance and data sensitivity relevant to MedTech or other regulated industries
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and tight delivery schedules
• Effective collaboration skills within a medium-sized cross-functional team and with external vendors, with proactive independent task management
• Detail-oriented troubleshooting, debugging, and code quality maintenance
• Ability to communicate technical topics effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to learn from senior team members and actively contribute to technical discussions and documentation
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
• Availability for partial overlap with US business hours when required
