Description

Lead the development and customization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions for US marketing campaigns. You will support integrations between SFMC and enterprise platforms, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve delivery processes. You will also contribute to an AI-native SDLC approach and produce technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize SFMC solutions aligned with client requirements

• Support SFMC integrations with existing enterprise platforms to ensure reliable data flows

• Participate in team and client meetings to align on progress, requirements, and technical needs

• Troubleshoot and resolve development issues to maintain stable platform performance

• Create and maintain technical documentation (workflows, technical designs, integration points)

• Manage development tasks independently and proactively escalate risks/blockers

• Collaborate with BA, Developers, UX, QA, and external vendor teams across the delivery lifecycle

• Adopt AI tools and AI-enabled development practices within the team’s AI-native SDLC

Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience developing solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience

• Foundational knowledge of SFMC architecture and basic integration techniques in enterprise environments

• Understanding of compliance and data sensitivity for MedTech or other regulated industries

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and tight delivery schedules

• Effective collaboration in a cross-functional team and with external vendors, including proactive task management

• Detail-oriented troubleshooting, debugging, and code-quality maintenance

• Ability to communicate technical topics effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Willingness to learn from senior team members and contribute to technical discussions and documentation

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

• Availability to work with partial overlap with US business hours when required
