Description

Senior Business Analyst supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud for supermarket brands across multiple European markets. You will act as a subject matter expert, gather and document requirements, and advise on the best technology/service mix to maximize effectiveness. You’ll collaborate with offshore and third-party suppliers and may support consultative/pre-sales digital engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert and analyst/consultant to understand customer needs and gather/document requirements

• Advise on technology mix and solution/services delivery to maximize effectiveness

• Collaborate with offshore and third-party suppliers and adapt communication to business demands

• Understand the intersection of technology, customers, and business to identify development opportunities

• Track emerging digital trends and market challenges and how they impact initiatives

• Support consultative/pre-sales roles on selected digital engagements as defined by business and client

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working in at least 2 verticals

• End-to-end delivery experience of at least 1 software delivery project

• Familiarity with emerging digital trends and their application in the industry (service focus)

• Ability to understand high-level business ideas, assess impact, and break them down into user stories for service design and delivery

• Strong Agile mindset and understanding of other development methodologies

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
