Description

Join an initiative to develop a connected telematics solution for a US-based customer. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to refine scope, drive backlog management, and support delivery of business value. You will lead product discovery activities and facilitate workshops to uncover needs, align priorities, and define product iterations.

Responsibilities

• Represent the client’s Product Owner in the delivery Scrum team and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery

• Own and manage the product backlog: translate complex business requirements into well-defined items, continuously refine and prioritize them for project goals and MVP, and guide the development team throughout sprints

• Use requirements exploration techniques to gather, validate, and refine business needs and drive continuous discovery for future iterations

• Leverage AI/LLM-powered tools to analyze legacy systems and accelerate insights

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and architects to address blockers, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks

• Prepare business and technical documentation, process flows, and high-quality User Stories

• Act as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities, challenging assumptions, and recommending solutions that maximize business value

• Support business growth by collaborating with Sales on pre-sales activities and new opportunities

• Communicate fluently in English to work effectively with international stakeholders

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior, product-focused roles (e.g., Senior Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Product Owner) working closely with client organizations and development teams

• Strong hands-on experience with requirements exploration and validation techniques

• Practical experience with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps

• Strong analytical mindset for extracting insights from complex data and systems

• Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making

• Excellent requirements gathering, analysis, documentation skills, including the ability to write high-quality User Stories

• Consulting mindset with proven ability to engage stakeholders, influence decisions, and drive solution discovery

• Proficiency in English for seamless collaboration with native speakers

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

• Willingness for office visits and occasional business trips
