Description

Support daily client money and custody asset controls across EMEA by performing reconciliations, calculations, and analysis of client balances. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalations, and support regulatory reporting, governance, and audit requirements. Assist with process improvements and regulatory breach management and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client money and custody asset controls across EMEA
• Perform reconciliations, calculations, and analysis of client balances
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate where needed
• Support regulatory reporting, governance, and audit requirements
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Technology, and business teams
• Support process improvements across the Client Assets function
• Assist with regulatory breach management and remediation

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in financial services, operations, controls, or regulatory reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of financial controls and regulatory requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong Excel skills
